Teriyaki Pineapple Kielbasa Bites

Courses: Appetizer
Difficulty: Beginner
Ingredients
  • 1 Pkg Fully Cooked Kielbasa, Cut into Rounds 1/2" Thick
  • 1/2 Pineapple, Cut into Pieces 1/2" Thick
  • 1 Bottle of your favorite Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions
  1. 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use toothpicks to put pineapple & kielbasa together - I like the pineapple on top for the look, but also so the juices are dripping into the kielbasa during baking. Pour teriyaki sauce over - I like to make my own, or I use the Island Soyaki, or also a nice gingery one! Bake for 40 minutes (longer if you would like the pineapple cooked a bit more). Serve hot & enjoy!
