Teriyaki Pineapple Kielbasa Bites

Difficulty: Beginner

Ingredients

Cooking Mode Disabled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use toothpicks to put pineapple & kielbasa together - I like the pineapple on top for the look, but also so the juices are dripping into the kielbasa during baking. Pour teriyaki sauce over - I like to make my own, or I use the Island Soyaki, or also a nice gingery one! Bake for 40 minutes (longer if you would like the pineapple cooked a bit more). Serve hot & enjoy!
