Black Truffle Compound Butter

Description

Perfect on seared steak, roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or just for bread and butter! Make extra and freeze for later, yum!

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Form into a log in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour.

  3. Slice and serve! This can be double wrapped and frozen for later use as well. Great for breads, meat, veggies and pasta. Enjoy!
